Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is not required for a bridal fitting, but it is strongly encouraged. A private appointment allows us to spend our timed dedicated to your needs and wishes. Our appointment times are extremely flexible so please don't be afraid to ask!

How long does it take for my gown to arrive?
It depends. Ideally, a bride should purchase her gown at least six months before her wedding. She should also allow several weeks for alterations after her gown arrives in the shop. However, many gowns can be ordered in as littls as three weeks. Bridemaids dresses can take up to 10 weeks, however rush orders of 6 and 8 weeks are available. Eden also offers a selection of gowns available in as little as 48 hours from the time of ordering.

Do all wedding dresses come in both white and ivory?
With very few exceptions all wedding gowns can be ordered in either white or ivory.

What if I like a gown but want small customizations made?
Not a problem! All our designers offer changes to the bodice, embellishments, fabric, color and length of their gowns. Costs are amazingly reasonable to make your gown just as you dreamed. If additional changes are desired, we have alterations experts who can assist you. A list of the most common customizations is at the bottom of this page.

Do I need an appointment to see the gowns you have available?
No, although we strongly encourage you to make an appointment so we can give you 100% of our attention while you explore your options.

How long will my appointment take?
You should plan on spending about two hours with us for your first appointment. Appointments for fittings and alterations will take less time.

What should I bring with me when I am ready to try on gowns?
Please bring any undergarments you plan on wearing on your special day. If you have already purchased shoes, you will want to bring those as well. We also welcome you to take pictures of the gowns you are considering, so a camera is a good idea.

Who should I bring with me when I am ready to try on gowns?
We love having your friends and family members at your personal appointment. However, too large a crowd can overwhelm even the most patient of brides. We suggest bringing just a few of your most trusted friends to your appointment.

How much should I plan to spend on a gown? How much do alterations cost?
Our gowns range in price from $250 to $1500, and we have an array of beautiful options for every budget. When budgeting for your gown, keep in mind that alterations average around $250. Also keep in mind that slips, stockings, and other specialized undergarments can add significantly to the cost of your bridal ensemble.

What about plus sizes?
We have sample dresses up to size 24 in the shop. Although some designers charge additional for plus sizes, we also have several vendors who do not. Please don't think your size will prevent you from having the one of a kind dress buying experience you deserve.

Do I have to purchase my slip?
If you purchase your gown from us, we will happily rent you the appropriate slip. This can be a significant savings.

What other services do you provide?
We offer complimentary steaming service, as well as a garment bag to protect your purchase. We also offer a customization service for gowns from Eden Bridals. For a surprisingly small surcharge, you are able to construct a gown that exactly matches your dreams: neckline, straps, bodice, and skirt - created just for you!

Do you carry bridal accessories?
In addition to gowns for brides, brides maids, and flower girls, we offer a wonderful selection of mother-of-the-bride dresses. We also carry a wide range of shoes from Dyeables, veils from Illusions, and bridal jewelry and shawls. Stop in to see our latest selection of beautiful accessories.

Wow. What DON'T you do?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gown storage at this time.
